  We had a great stay! The entire complex is so clean and the unit is a perfect size for a couple who just wanted to get away from the MN cold for a few days. The kitchen was well equipped (even though we ate most of our dinners out)! You do have to drive to get to the dining and shopping area, but it's minutes away. We enjoyed being away from the busy area to relax during the day. We would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to a friend. It's a great find!

  I recently stayed at the unit for a month and the best part was the unit's close location to the pool. I found the cleanliness level of the condo below par - when one pays $90 for cleaning one expects a VERY clean condo. Finding a cockroach on the counter late in my stay was not a good thing and better cleaning might prevent this. The condo was small but quite adequate for one or two. It is true you get what you pay for. Being located in north Palm Springs I felt a car was a necessity in order to see the sights and to shop for food,etc. Check-in was fine but there was no check-out as no one came on time and I had to leave for the airport. I would recommend the condo with some reservations.

  Everything was as advertised. There was a problem with the toilet which got fixed quickly. The water quality from the spigot seemed irregular. The water had a smoky appearance which seemed unusual. Everything else was great.

  an excellent alternative for 1 - 2 people, unless they want to be at the centre of things. if you don´t mind being a bracing walk away from downtown this is great value for the price

  Wonderful location! The best kept grounds in Palm Springs! Location right at the pool and the staff were very accommodating. It is time for the bed to be replaced, but we had no problem sleeping. The unit was as described and worked well for the month we stayed there. The suite was located in the northern part of Palm Springs and we were happy that we had a car to use to get around, though we did walk into town several times during our stay but walking is what we do. There is a convenience market just a couple of blocks away which has all the essentials, like wine. Palm Springs is a wonderful place to visit. They market the place so there is always things going on there every week. We would return and would be pleased to rent this place again.
